Terms of Service

By accessing or using our services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

FullFloe.ai offers an SMS messaging program to provide users with account security, support, and service-related notifications. By opting into our SMS program you may receive messages regarding:

• Two-factor authentication (2FA) codes
• Account security alerts
• Customer support responses
• Service status updates
• Booking, form, and phone verification confirmations

To Cancel

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to the short code or number from which you received the message. After you send "STOP" we will send a confirmation, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Sign up again to resume.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with the service. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

FullFloe.ai integrates with third-party platforms — including Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Twilio, Stripe, Calendly, HubSpot, Apollo, Smartlead, and others — to deliver messaging, ads, calls, calendar, payments, and CRM sync features. By connecting an external account you acknowledge and agree that:

• You must comply with each provider's terms of service and platform policies when using our integration.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect your business accounts and to send messages, run ads, or automate outreach.
• You must comply with all applicable laws regarding automated communications, including obtaining necessary consents from end-users where required (TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and similar).
• FullFloe.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these third-party providers.

FullFloe.ai uses artificial intelligence to power agents, copywriting, meeting notetakers, market research, document drafting, call summaries, and lead intelligence on behalf of our customers. By using our services you acknowledge and agree that:

• Responses, documents, ad copy, and messages produced through FullFloe.ai may be generated or assisted by AI agents operating on behalf of our customers.
• AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. Customers are responsible for reviewing and configuring their AI agent behavior, prompts, and guardrails before publishing content or contacting end-users.
• End-users interacting with FullFloe.ai-powered accounts may be communicating with an AI agent rather than a human representative.

For end-users: if you are messaging or being contacted by a business that uses FullFloe.ai, you may request to speak with a human representative at any time.

FullFloe.ai provides an electronic signature feature. By typing your legal name into a signature field and confirming consent, you agree that your typed name has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the U.S. E-SIGN Act, UETA, and equivalent international regulations, unless prohibited in your jurisdiction. Signed documents, audit trails, and timestamps are retained for the life of the workspace or until deletion is requested.

You agree not to use FullFloe.ai services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk automated messages that violate platform policies or applicable laws.
• Use the service to harass, threaten, defame, or intimidate any person.
• Transmit content that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or connected third-party platforms.
• Collect or harvest personal data without proper consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service in violation of any connected platform's community standards or policies.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Our Property: The FullFloe.ai platform — including software, design, logos, trademarks, and all related intellectual property — is owned by FullFloe.ai Labs Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our express written consent.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or transmit through FullFloe.ai, including your AI agent configurations, workflows, documents, contact records, and business data. You grant us a limited license to process and display your content solely to provide our services to you.

End-User Content: Messages and content from end-users who interact with your connected accounts remain the property of those end-users. You are responsible for handling such content in compliance with applicable privacy laws and platform policies.

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Features — including agency sub-accounts, white label branding, cold-email campaigns, and AI credits — are available strictly according to the plan you subscribe to. Downgrading may result in loss of access to features and data associated with higher tiers.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• FullFloe.ai and FullFloe.ai Labs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
• Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for actions taken by connected third-party platforms, including suspension of your accounts, API access revocation, or changes to their policies.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You represent and warrant that: (a) you have obtained all consents required by law (including TCPA, TCR/A2P 10DLC, CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR and equivalent regulations) before sending SMS, email or automated calls through the service; (b) you will retain records of consent and source for each contact you import or message and will make them available to us on reasonable request; (c) you will honor STOP/opt-out requests within 24 hours; and (d) your use of the service will comply with all applicable laws and third-party platform policies.

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless FullFloe.ai Labs Inc. and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms, (ii) your violation of applicable law or third-party rights, or (iii) content you send or cause to be sent through the service.
